I would like to suggest that when in the nether (and even in the overworld), that a players claim be outlined with something other than netherack. You can't see the claim lines while you are in the nether. I think it could be replaced with mushroom cap blocks! (the red block with white spots) This creates a good contrast to most other blocks used on the server already and would make it very easy to see another players claim. Thank you! aumrito
Yeah, what? Claims are outlined in gold blocks with glowstone corners. Netherrack is only used to outline claims when an overlap causes a claim creation or claim resize to fail.
That just is an issue with the claim plugin, as the border hits the highest block, and since there is the nether roof that is the highest block. So if you were able to be on the nether roof you'd be able to see claims, I can attach a picture if this is needed.
And even this is only sometimes true, as there are many times when I can see claim outlines when in the nether, and sometimes when in overworld caves as well.
Yeah its very random with how it works, there really isn't anything we can do to change how it works.
