i know that February Billy has it for 32 DB + 32 Emerald, but I thought I saw it somewhere else for 30DB, I just can't remember which shop. (The RARES shop in the Nether used to have one for 27DB but its gone). Thanks.
Players also sell elytra's usually for cheaper then spawn billy You can put up an add in chat every 10 minutes saying you are looking to but an elytra, ussually players sell for about 25-30 dbs
